Type, a letterpress desktop calendar, printed by hand on a 1960's letterpress is a new kickstarter project we love.
The calendars are printed on a 55pt heavy cotton stock. Each card goes through the press twice, once for each color (black and gray). The stock is then cut down to size with a die cutting machine. This gives them their rounded corners. It's a very long and tedious process, that's why letterpress printing isn't cheap by any means.
The stand is crafted from 100% eco-friendly bamboo.
