Is Orlando Ready?

The last few months I've been in the process of trying to get a design+technology+entrepreneurship focused collaborative workspace started here in orlando. Had some incredible opportunities along the way and have yet to find funding (1 pitch to angel investor 1 pitch to Newgate Capital/Winter Park Angels) Newgate Capital was a bit confused and doesn't have any grip on what's happening in the technology sector. They thought this concept might be outdated.

1/24/11 the closest thing to our concept yet launched in NYC - called General Assembly
